At Wyndham Vacation Ownership (Wyndham Worldwide is No. 27 on the DiversityInc 2016 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list), veterans are recognized as workforce assets that strengthen the teams they work for.
Bill Malcolm, director of talent acquisition at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, described the discipline, leadership, commitment and enthusiasm that veterans bring to their roles at Wyndham. And the relationship is “mutually beneficial,” according to Malcolm.
