EMEA Diversity & Inclusion Lead and
Employee Resource Group Global Lead
Ingrid Devin is the EMEA Diversity & Inclusion lead & Employee Resource Group (ERG) Global lead at Dell. She is responsible for implementing and driving the EMEA diversity and inclusion strategy across Europe, Middle East & Africa. Working closely with executive leadership teams and HR, she drives a strategy focused on representation, inclusive culture, marketplace and brand. Ingrid has also been a key driver in developing and driving gender programs many of which were piloted in EMEA and have now been implemented globally via Dells ERG’s & business units.
In her global ERG role Ingrid is responsible for setting the global strategy for Dell’s nine ERG’s with particular focus on global growth and development of ERG’s to Business Resource Groups.
Prior to joining Dell, Ingrid was Training & Development Lead for international management consultancy firm Accenture.
Vice President, Global Talent Management & Diversity
As Vice President, Global Talent Management & Diversity for Dell, Dana Keefer is responsible for strategy development and implementation of leadership and executive development, succession planning, performance management, career development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement survey (Tell Dell) and external employer of choice benchmarking (i.e. HRC, HACR, DiversityInc, Working Mothers).
Prior to this role, Keefer spent 15 years at Verizon, starting as an HR manager for Bell Atlantic Mobile in Pittsburgh and rising to was Vice President of Talent Management for Verizon Communications.
Keefer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in human resource management from La Roche College in Pittsburgh.
