Nancy Di Dia

Nancy Di Dia, Boehringer IngelheimNancy Di Dia brings more than 25 years of experience in overall management and diversity, inclusion and engagement practices in corporate America to her role as Executive Director & Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim. She has national responsibility for Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement reaching more than 10,000 employees in the U.S.  Under her leadership the company achieved the #1 position from the Association of Diversity Councils as well as a perfect score on the Corporate Equality Index from the Human Rights Campaign for the best places to work for LGBT for three consecutive years. This year she was honored by the Tri-State Diversity Council as one of the most powerful and influential women in diversity. In June, the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of NY named her Corporate Leader of the  Year.

Ms. Di Dia spent 25 years at JPMorgan Chase and was recognized as an award-winning diversity leader and facilitator who pioneered significant cultural changes across the firm. Among those accomplishments was the establishment of a Gay & Lesbian Employee Networking Group and the effort to successfully initiate domestic partner coverage by delivering a compelling business case to senior management.

Le Joyce Naylor

Le Joyce Naylor, Cleveland ClinicLe Joyce Naylor serves as Executive Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Cleveland Clinic. She provides strategic direction to the Office of Diversity and is a member of the Human Resources leadership team. In her enterprise role, Ms. Naylor works to advance diversity initiatives for females and under-represented minorities, and champions the goal of creating an inclusive work environment. She partners with key internal and external stakeholders to advance Cleveland Clinic’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ms. Naylor works across the division to ensure that strategies and metrics are in alignment with business objectives.

In her previous role, Ms. Naylor was Division Administrator for Human Resources.  She worked with the Chief Human Resources Officer on strategic planning and process improvement, along with fiscal planning for the division.

Ms. Naylor holds a Masters in Human Resources from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio.

Tracy Edmonds

Tracy Edmonds, WellPointBeginning her career at WellPoint nearly twenty-five years ago, Tracy Edmonds has continually advanced through diverse roles of leadership.   An experienced leader of operations, five years ago, Tracy redirected her career to human resources.  In her initial role within human resources, she served as a program director, leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on talent management and process improvement.  She now serves as a Director of HR and Diversity where she supports the Finance leadership team at WellPoint and leads the company’s corporate diversity and inclusion efforts.

Ms. Edmonds is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds an MBA from Xavier University.
