As Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Enterprise Talent Planning, Diane oversees succession planning and pipeline development practices. This includes: talent review strategy, sourcing and developing “top talent” to ensure Wells Fargo has the right talent for the right job at the right time; executive coaching partnerships, new leader on-boarding, Mentoring at Wells Fargo and the Executive Mentoring Program.

An 11-year veteran of the company, Evans was previously Senior Vice President of Enterprise Talent Planning and Development, with primary responsibilities for developing an enterprise-wide leadership development and diversity learning strategy for the company. She was also a Vice President of Learning and Development in the Consumer Lending Group, managing talent and learning strategy for Wells Fargo’s consumer lending businesses.  She also held leadership development, organization development, and learning leader roles at First Data Corporation and Global Crossing (now Level 3).

Diane received a B.S. degree in Political Science from Northwest Missouri State University and a M.Ed. in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Colorado State University.
